1. Briefly describe your matter by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp; if you have a document, mention its type and the date it was served.
2. The lawyer reads your message and you are contacted to arrange a suitable time for a meeting.
3. The meeting takes place at the office, by phone or by video. Your documents are reviewed and the available routes, time limits and next steps are explained.
4. If the matter is taken on, the work is carried out under a power of attorney and a written agreement.

If you are abroad, the meeting can be held by video. A power of attorney can be issued abroad at a Turkish consulate or before a local notary (with an apostille).
